WalkNChat Android Application
WalkNChat aims to replace the default messaging application for your android device.
This application is best described as an adaptive reality messaging platform. The current pre-Alpha version implements SMS, with future versions including social networking as well as other popular chat clients.
How it works: The application initializes the camera and displays a preview as the background. A qwerty (more key layouts coming) virtual keyboard is overlayed on top of the camera preview with a text input area above the keyboard. The application is designed for people on the move and would allow them to "see through" the device while walking. This would allow them to avoid walking into objects and other people. Similiar in concept to Samsung's RoadSMS but made to work on Motorola Qualcomm cameras.
